I've worked across industries — energy, sports media, hospitality, consumer goods, wellness in startups and scaling businesses.

In the well-run ones, I saw clear ownership, visible priorities and teams that execute without constant direction. In the ones that didn't, the business grew faster than their structure and the teams waited for direction from the founder.

I kept getting called in to fix execution problems that were actually structural problems. The people were capable. The tools existed. What was missing was always the same: a clear foundation for how the business runs without the founder in the room.

I first saw this in my childhood.

My father built a successful chain of retail stores in Kuwait — started with nothing, held together by his presence. Every decision ran through him. He was never finished. I grew up watching what that costs. It never left me.

First Ground is built to solve that.

An engineering background, applied project management, Lean Six Sigma, and agile execution — drawn from proven frameworks, built across industries, adapted to each business.
